How to Register

All conference attendees, including presenters and Technology Expo presenters, must register. The following information will be required to complete the registration process online:

  • Grant Number (for all OSEP/Steppingstones grantee registrants)
  • Affiliation
  • Contact Information
  • Payment Information

Onsite Registration

It is important to register by October 24, 2008 to help with the planning process. After the October 24 cut-off date for registration, attendees are asked to register on-site at the Madison Hotel on Wednesday evening, November 19, or Thursday morning, November 20. There will be an additional $50 registration fee for all on-site registrations except for one-day registrations.

Student Registration

NCTI is please to offer a reduced registration rate of $200.00 for full-time students. Over the past several years, NCTI has attracted top AT industry leaders, researchers, developers, and other professionals to our annual conference. In an effort to increase participation among emerging scholars, NCTI is pleased to offer a reduced rate for students. A student identification card or other supporting document reflecting full-time enrollment status will be required upon registration.

We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only), and purchase orders.

Credit Card Payments

If you are paying by credit card, please have all contact information and your credit card ready when you arrive at the registration desk.

Purchase Orders

Make all purchase orders payable to American Institutes for Research and include:

  • The conference title: 2008 NCTI Technology Innovators Conference
  • The conference dates: November 20-21, 2008
  • Each attendee’s name
  • The full registration amount

Registration Confirmation

When you register online, you will receive an email confirmation. Your confirmation email serves as your receipt. Please keep a copy of the confirmation email for your records.

Refunds

Refunds will be made for cancellations received before midnight (EST) Friday, October 10, 2008, minus a 25% administrative fee. Due to contractual obligations, we will be unable to provide refunds for cancellations received later than October 1, 2008. All refunds request must be in writing.
