We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), and purchase orders.
Credit Card Payments
If you are paying by credit card, please have all contact information and your credit card ready when you register.Purchase Orders
Make all purchase orders payable to American Institutes for Research and include:
- The conference title: 2010 NCTI Technology Innovators Conference
- The conference dates: November 15-16, 2010
- Each attendee’s name
- The full registration amount

Registration Confirmation
When you register online, you will receive an email confirmation. Your confirmation email serves as your receipt. Please keep a copy of the confirmation email for your records.
Refunds
Refunds will be made for cancellations received before midnight (EST) Friday, October 15, 2010, minus a 25% administrative fee. Due to contractual obligations, we will be unable to provide refunds for cancellations received later than October 15, 2010. All refunds request must be in writing. You may submit your request via email at ncti@air.org or by mail to:
