Know a School that Wants to PowerUp Its Classrooms?

The Center for Technology Implementation needs elementary schools to field test PowerUp WHAT WORKS-Reading in grades 4-6 classes.  This online resource is designed to improve teaching and learning for students with disabilities and their classmates using evidence-based and technology-enhanced practices.  Selected partner schools will receive implementation support along with a financial award.

Schools interested in serving as field test sites are asked to complete and submit an application by July 8, 2011. The application and additional information about PowerUp WHAT WORKS-Reading is at www.PowerUpWhatWorks.org.  Contact Cynthia Overton at cti@air.org or 202-403-5058 with any questions.

The Center for Technology Implementation is funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs.
