AbleGamers Accessibility Arcade

April 16, 2011 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET

For many people with disabilities, games offer a window to the world. To showcase the progress in accessible gaming, the AbleGamers Foundation presents “The Game Accessibility Arcade”, and all-day presentation offering a hands-on showcase of accessibility technology that can enable play on the Nintendo Wii, Microsoft Xbox, Sony PS3, and more. The foundation will be featuring hardware from Broaden Horizons, Evil Controllers, Peregrine and many more, as well as, some great software, including the newly launched My Golf Game, from VTree LLC.

The event is FREE and WALK-INS are welcome.

Students from Shepherd will be creating fun, and accessible, carnival style games for everyone to enjoy.
