Room reservations can be made directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-424-8577. Attendees must request the name of the group (2009 NCTI Technology Innovators Conference) in order to get the special rate of $209 per night. Hotel arrangements are to be made by October 23, 2009 in order to secure the conference rate. View a complete list of the hotel’s amenities.

You are responsible for making your own travel and hotel arrangements. However, if you would like assistance booking your travel, please contact Travel On travel agency at 866-751-5559  between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern time.  Ask to speak to Sarah Shafer and she will help you find the best available airfare. Because of recent increases in airline fares, you are encouraged to make your airline reservations immediately after registering for the conference.
