Google’s TV Raman presents his definition of accessibility as an effort to make devices that meet individual usability needs — from sited to unsighted, hearing to unhearing and all gradations in between.  He sees the next challenge of developing online tools as a quest to create experiences that cater to the needs and preferences of all web users.  Watch the video to hear his full presentation at NCTI’s Technology and Learning Conference in 2008.
