AnitaLee on June 28, 2007 at 2:22 pmAfter reading the ISTE Digital Equity overview literature, I completely agree with its findings; however, I’d like to have read a little more about Universal Design for Learning and use of assistive technology with the disabled population. The new NIMAS format for digital text (CAST.org) merits some mention as it effects a significant population and lends itself to digital equity for those students with reading problems.
