NCTI is currently working to update the NCTI Reading Matrix with any products we may have missed in previous updates. Additionally, NCTI is developing a supplemental matrix to highlight emergent and early reading software to complement the highly successful Reading Matrix. Look to this New Web Site for Help with Evidenced-Based Research
eSchool News Online highlights the What Works Clearinghouse's Evidenced-Based Education "Help Desk," of the U.S. Education Department's Institute of Education Sciences. The Help Desk resources also feature ways for education officials and program providers to find an evaluator to conduct a study by searching the 96 registered outcome evaluators.

NCTI will be presenting the following three sessions at the upcoming CSUN Conference in Los Angeles, CA:

"Innovation to Implementation: Key Findings From the NCTI Dialogue Forums" on Thursday, March 23, 2006, 4:25-5:25pm at the Hilton Newport B Room.

"Technology and Students With Special Needs: A Demonstration Of Web-Based Instructional Resources" on Friday, March 24, 2006, 4:10-5:10pm at the Hilton Mariana Room.

"Collaborative Research: Technology In The Works" presented with the 2005 awardees on Saturday, March 25, 2006, 10:40-11:40am at the Hilton Century A/B Room.
